Mitra Raeesmohammadi

Mitra Raeesmohammadi is an Iranian Writer, Director, Producer and Editor. Mitra has made 3 short films. She made her first film called “Painting” in 2019. One year later, she made her second short film called “Sweet Taste of Darkness” (2021) both winning international awards. She made her third film called “Shadow of Star” in 2024. She was selected as one of Jury members for two consecutive years at FFTG AWARDS Film Festival. Mitra studied cinema courses at Iran Youth Cinema Society (IYCS) and Bamdad International House institution and passed some film workshops before going to university. She wrote some short and feature screenplays. Mitra is cinema student now.
