Coralie H. Gourdon, from French Polynesia and now based in Cairo, is an independent filmmaker with a background in visual anthropology. Her passion lies in creative documentary filmmaking, where she explores the boundaries and norms of the genre, often looking for discrepancies or elements of dark humor and satire. She recently participated in international workshops with Werner Herzog and Bela Tarr. Currently, she is working on a short documentary film project in Egypt supported by the CNC.
