In 2014 ISIS soldiers invaded the Yazida community in Sinjar, killing all the men and taking womenand girls as their sexual slaves. Some of them managed to escape and founded an exclusively female fighting unit called Sun Ladies aiming to give back dignity to their people. The VR experience is narrated by the voice of Xate Singali, Yazida woman that before the war was known as a singer in Kurdistan but now, in her new life, decided to risk everything and fight.
