Euganea Movie Movement

Euganea Movie Movement is an association founded in 2005 that operates in Veneto for the promotion of Italian and foreign film culture through the organization of events, courses, reviews and demonstrations, with a particular focus on regional production. Its main expression is the Euganea Film Festival that takes place in the summer months in the Euganean Hills area and since 2002 has offered every year a selection of over 50 works, including documentaries and short fiction and animation films, which are presented in suggestive environments such as parks, villas and castles and accompanied by special events such as concerts, workshops, meetings with authors and theatrical performances.

Euganea Movie Movement collaborates with various exponents of the Veneto film cultural scene and works with a dense network of bodies, municipalities, institutions and associations in the province of Padua and Veneto.

The association's activity is oriented towards the interaction between the cinematographic cultural offer and the territory, promoting initiatives in unconventional contexts and thus revitalizing spaces and environments that are rethought and enjoyed in a new and original way.

Since 2017, the association's headquarters has been Villa Pisani in Monselice, a prestigious villa from the 1500s, which hosts exhibitions, conferences, workshops and screenings.
