Born and currently residing in Łódź, Piotr Milczarek is a graduate of Animated Film and Special Effects at the National Film School in Łódź, where he now works as a lecturer. During his time at school, he directed short films such as 'Comic Book,' 'War of the Worlds,' 'Mister Mister,' and 'Cockroach.' His debut film, 'Rain,' has been featured in over 125 film festivals, securing 25 awards and special mentions. He also co-authored the script for 'Moonshine' by Michał Poniedzielski, served as a storyboardist and visual artist for the award-winning 'The Lost Town of Świteź' by Kamil Polak, and contributed as an animator for 'The City Sails On' by Balbina Bruszewska and 'Joyets' by Magdalena Osińska. Additionally, he has experience as a storyboardist for various advertisements.
