Synopsis

Nadea and Sveta emigrated to Italy from Moldova for economic reasons. In Bologna, they are bound by loneliness and the distance between their families: while Nadea has left behind grown-up children, Sveta has had to entrust her three-year-old daughter to her grandmother. When Sveta, who in Nadea has found an adoptive mother, receives the documents to return to Moldova after almost three years, Nadea remains alone in the city. The two friends will continue to confide in each other and help each other from a distance. Their destinies will cross until they reverse, in a story of motherhood and women always ready to start again.
