Mr. Kubota studies an immortal jellyfish, with the purpose of discovering how humans can live forever. Mr. Kubota is searching for eternity, because at the end of the day he is terribly afraid to die. And so he decided that he would not die at all.

Anush Hamzehian (Parigi) and Vittorio Mortarotti (Torino) have been working together as an artist duo, for some years. They make documentary films, screened at many international festival, such as World Film Festival in Tartu, Estonia, Filmer le travail in Poitiers, Rencontres
documentaires a La Rochelle, l’Ushuaia SHH, Trento Film Festival. Their video-photographic installations wewe exhibited among others at Maxxi (Rome), at the BlueProject Foundation (Barcelona) and at the Casino de Luxembourg, investigate the dynamics of memory and how History iterferes with private fates. Their documentary ilm L’Académie de la Folie was awarded with the Étoile de la Scam in 2016. In 2018 they released Monsieur Kubota, made with the support of France 2, dell'Institut Français e della Borsa Brouillon d'un Rêve de la Scam. 

The directors will attend the screening of the film on June 28th in Villa Pisani.
