Synopsis

Through audio recordings taken in the field and poetic animated imagery, Mealitancy portrays the everyday story of a group of activists who use food as a political tool against consumerism. Through collective practices such as urban farming and self-production, the film explores new ways of inhabiting and reimagining the city's green spaces.
